To book a service, you must be registered as a Clubby member.

The first step is to indicate who the service would be for: if it is for a third party or for you.

Select the type of service you need. Within the principal categories (companionship, sports and hobbies, assistance, running errands and house chores) you will be able to display a specific list of the services that are included in each one and choose the one that best fits your needs.

Then, select the day and time you require the service. Leave us as many details about the service you require to be attentive to any special requirements you may need.

Depending on the selected service you can choose the person who will assist you. In this case, a list of Clubby Partners available to assist you will be displayed. You can review the biography of each of them, filter by age, gender, language, distance and select the one that best fits your profile.

Finally, confirm that all the data is correct, add your payment method and schedule your service. Payment will not be made until the day the visit is executed.

Para solicitar un servicio debes estar registrado como miembro de Clubby.

El primer paso es indicar para quién sería el servicio: si es para para ti o para un tercero.

Seleccionar el tipo de servicio que necesitas. Dentro de las categorías principales (acompañamiento y asistencia) podrás desplegar una lista específica de los servicios que se incluyen en cada una y elegir la que más se adapte a tus necesidades.

Luego, selecciona el día y la hora en que requieres el servicio. Déjanos la mayor cantidad de detalles sobre el servicio que requieres para estar atentos a cualquier requerimiento especial que necesites.

Dependiendo del servicio seleccionado podrás elegir a la persona que te acompañe. En este caso, se desplegará una lista de Clubby Partners disponibles para atenderte, aquí puedes revisar la biografía de cada uno de ellos, filtrar por edad, sexo, idioma, distancia y seleccionar el que más se ajuste a tu perfil. También puedes encontrar servicios, que requieren ser atendidos oportunamente, así que déjanos tu solicitud y el Clubby Partner disponible te asistirá.

Finalmente, confirma que todos los datos estén correctos, agrega tu forma de pago y agenda tu servicio. El pago no se realizará hasta el día en que se ejecute la visita.

Si en la lista de servicios no encuentras lo que requieres, tienes la opción de “Mi solicitud”, donde puedes solicitarnos lo que requieres y haremos lo posible por conseguir un partner que pueda asistirte.
